Official HAT for Pi 3B+ and 4B

This PoE HAT (B) is an official standard expansion board designed exclusively for Raspberry Pi 3B+ and 4B models. It delivers power and network data through a single Ethernet cable using the IEEE 802.3af standard. The module includes a pre-installed cooling fan and aluminium heat sink to manage thermals during continuous operation. It removes the need for a separate USB-C power adapter in embedded deployments.

Suited for single-cable deployments

Builders running headless servers, camera rigs or data loggers that already have PoE infrastructure will benefit from the simplified wiring and integrated cooling. The board provides multi-layer protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit and reverse connection. Projects requiring a different single-board computer or a non-PoE network cannot use this HAT. Buyers without a PoE switch or injector must look elsewhere for power delivery.

Plug-and-play GPIO stacking

The HAT matches the official mechanical footprint and stacks on the GPIO header without soldering or configuration. A PoE-enabled switch or injector is the only external requirement for operation. The onboard fan and heat sink are fixed in place, so clearance above the board is fixed. Installers should verify that their enclosure accommodates the stacked height before purchasing.
