Ruth's sister 58mm Lens Hood FY904

58 mm screw-mount lens hood

The FY904 is a new flower-shaped hood that threads directly onto the 58 mm filter ring of compatible Canon lenses. It blocks stray light to reduce flare and ghosting while adding physical protection for the front element. Photographers who shoot outdoors or in bright interiors gain cleaner contrast without vignetting on wide-angle settings.

Screw-mount fit for 58 mm threads

Installation requires a lens with a 58 mm front thread; the hood cannot be used on smaller or larger diameters without a step ring. It frees the filter thread for a circular polariser or ND filter when reversed for storage, but it does not accommodate bayonet-mount systems or built-in petal hoods.
