Installation notes and common issues

The box supplies a 12 VDC power adapter, IR remote control, USB-A to USB-A cable, RS-232 cable and two AA batteries, so the camera can be powered and controlled immediately. Mount the unit, connect the required video and network cables, then configure the IP settings or select the USB video device in your conferencing software. A frequent issue is forgetting to enable the tracking mode in the on-screen menu, which leaves the camera static when a presenter expects automatic following.
