This 1RU panel provides 24 shielded ports for Mini-Com modules in a stainless-steel frame. The built-in strain relief bar secures cables and maintains grounding integrity. It is designed for flush-mounted rack installations where shielded connectivity is required. Suitable for network infrastructure teams deploying structured cabling in data centres or building wiring closets.

Upgrade from Unshielded or Lower-Density Panels

The all-metal shielded construction replaces plastic or unshielded panels that cannot maintain a continuous ground path. The jump is worth it when electromagnetic interference threatens signal quality or when standards mandate fully shielded channels. Installations staying with unshielded cabling or needing fewer than 24 ports will not use the shielding or density this panel provides.

24 Ports in One Rack Unit

The panel comfortably handles 24 terminated Mini-Com shielded jacks with cable strain relief managed at the rear. It runs out when a project demands more than 24 ports in a single rack space or requires a different module footprint such as Keystone. High-density deployments beyond 24 ports per RU will need multiple panels or a higher-density form factor.
