Build Integration

The charger accepts a 12V 2A input and requires a separate QC 3.0 or QC 2.0 USB adapter to reach its rated output; the adapter is not supplied. Output levels of 5W, 7.5W, 10W and 15W are selected automatically based on the handset capability. A case up to 4 mm thick can stay on during charging, but metal plates, magnetic attachments and credit cards must be removed. The upright design frees the USB port on the phone for wired accessories.

Thermals And Power

Normal operation draws up to 15W from the adapter and converts it through the coil with high efficiency, keeping the stand warm rather than hot during a full 2.5 to 3 hour cycle. A 50 percent top-up completes in roughly 30 minutes. No active cooling fan is present, so the unit runs silently on a desk or nightstand. Actual speed varies with the phone's own wireless charging limit.
