The Nippon Labs 60CAT6A-7-24AM is a 7 ft Cat 6A patch cable built with a stainless-steel armoured jacket that resists rodents, moisture and corrosion. Its IP65-rated, UV-resistant construction suits outdoor runs, factory automation and PoE installations where standard cables degrade quickly. The 24 AWG stranded bare copper conductors and gold-plated RJ45 contacts maintain reliable gigabit connectivity in demanding commercial or residential settings.

Thermal behaviour and power handling

The unshielded twisted-pair design carries PoE currents without overheating in normal operation, while the SUS304 armour dissipates heat along the cable length. No active cooling is required and the cable adds no audible noise to the installation. Power delivery follows the PoE standard supported by the connected equipment, with the 24 AWG conductors sized for typical PoE loads.

Build integration and space savings

The flexible armoured jacket routes through tight cable trays and conduit where rigid conduit would not fit, freeing installers from bulky protective pipework.
