Suits gigabit and 10GBASE-T installs

These cables suit installers wiring Wi-Fi 6 access points, PoE cameras, VoIP phones, servers, switches and NAS gear that demand up to 10 Gbps over copper. They are not for runs that require shielded or outdoor-rated jackets, nor for fibre backbones or direct-burial applications where UTP is unsuitable.

CAT6A rating for 10 Gbps

The CAT6A classification is the single specification that decides fit; it guarantees performance up to 10 Gbps at the frequencies needed for high-power PoE and Wi-Fi 6 uplinks. Lower-category cords cannot reliably carry that throughput, while shielded or higher-grade cables add cost and stiffness you may not need.
