The NavePoint 45U 2-post open frame rack is built from cold-rolled steel with a RAL 9003 signal white powder-coated finish. It provides 45U of vertical mounting space in a 19-inch wide form factor that conforms to EIA/ECA-310-E, DIN 41494 and IEC-60297-3-100. The open design gives unobstructed airflow and easy access to cables and equipment. It suits installers who need a fixed, organised frame for standard rack-mount hardware.

Square-hole rails and flat-pack delivery

The rack ships flat packed and includes 40 M6 cage nuts, screws and plastic washers for bolted assembly. Mounting rails use square-hole pattern with printed RU markings to speed up alignment. This replaces wall-mount brackets or smaller cabinets when the installation has outgrown them and the site can accommodate a full-height free-standing frame. The jump is worth it when cable density and device count demand the open access and airflow that enclosed cabinets restrict.

881 lb capacity with 45U headroom

Maximum evenly distributed load is rated at 881 lbs, giving ample headroom for dense network switches, patch panels and servers. The 45U height handles large enterprise deployments while the 22U-to-45U product range covers smaller builds. It does not suit buyers who need lockable side panels, integrated cooling fans or a reduced footprint for tight corridors. The open frame also lacks the acoustic dampening of enclosed cabinets for noise-sensitive offices.
