The MISSION Cooling Bucket Hat is a unisex wide-brim sun hat built for hiking, golfing, fishing and other outdoor pursuits. It uses a wet-to-cool fabric that activates with water or sweat to lower the surface temperature by up to 30 degrees below average body temperature in under one minute. The cooling effect lasts up to two hours and can be reactivated by repeating the wet, wring and wave steps. UPF 50 fabric blocks 98 percent of harmful UV rays.

Sustained cooling performance on long days

Once activated, the hat stays cool for up to two hours during continuous wear in hot conditions. If the temperature rises again, simply wet the fabric, wring out the excess and wave it to reactivate the cooling cycle without removing the hat. The lightweight 92 percent polyester and 8 percent spandex blend remains breathable throughout extended activity, and the machine-washable construction withstands repeated use and cleaning.

The pull-on design fits a head circumference of 52 cm expanding to 62 cm, covering fitted sizes 6 1/2 to 7 3/4.
