The Middle Atlantic PTRK-14 is a floor-standing 4-post server rack that provides 14U of rack height in a 19-inch standard width and 24-inch depth. Fully welded steel construction delivers the rigidity required for installed equipment while 4-inch heavy-duty locking casters allow the entire assembly to be moved between locations. Spring-loaded recessed side handles assist transport without snagging cables. Key-locked front and rear doors secure the contents in shared or unsupervised environments.

Upgrade from Wall-Mount or Open Frame

This rack replaces wall-mount cabinets or open-frame stands when floor placement, mobility and lockable doors become necessary. The jump is worth it when equipment depth approaches 26 inches and passive airflow through vented side panels must supplement active cooling. Adjustable 10-32 threaded front rails accommodate varying device depths without drilling. Bottom slots provide cable strain relief and equipment tie-down points that open frames lack.

Vented side panels and a rear door that accepts fans create a passive-to-active airflow path that scales with equipment heat output.
