The bright brass 605 finish suits traditional hardware styles while the solid brass body withstands physical attack. Installation follows a 2-3/8 inch backset with a 1 inch wide faceplate and requires a 2-1/8 inch crossbore plus a 1 inch edge bore. The lock fits doors ranging from 1-3/8 inch to 2-1/2 inch thick, covering most standard residential and light commercial thicknesses.
