Check source resolution

The splitter replicates whatever the source sends; it does not up-scale or down-scale, so the source must output a resolution every display can accept. All eight HDMI cables should be rated for the target resolution and distance to avoid drop-outs. Power is supplied by the included adapter, so a free mains socket is required near the unit.
