What this charger does

The Luisport wireless charging pad delivers up to 15 W for compatible Motorola and Samsung handsets, 10 W for select Galaxy models, 7.5 W for recent iPhones and 5 W baseline Qi charging for other devices. It ships with an 18 W QC 3.0 power adapter to ensure a stable supply. The pad works through most protective cases up to a few millimetres thick.

The wattage your phone accepts

Charging speed is determined entirely by the handset's own wireless limit; the pad will only ever provide the maximum rate that the phone requests. If your device caps at 10 W or 7.5 W you will not see the 15 W figure, and phones without Qi support cannot charge wirelessly at all.

Heat, sound and power draw

The pad runs silently with no moving parts and typical surface warmth during a normal charge cycle. Power draw from the wall matches the phone's negotiated rate plus modest adapter overhead, peaking at the adapter's 18 W rating only when a 15 W handset is charging from empty.
