This 1000 ft black Ethernet cable uses solid bare copper conductors with foil shielding for direct burial installations. The UV-resistant polyethylene jacket protects against sunlight damage during long outdoor runs. It meets EIA/TIA 568 Category 5E requirements and is rated to 350 MHz for reliable network performance. Supplied on a wooden reel for easier handling and deployment.

Capacity and Headroom

Certified for transfer rates of 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps, the cable comfortably handles standard Gigabit Ethernet traffic across the full 1000 ft length. Fluke testing up to 350 MHz provides margin above the base Category 5E specification for stable signal integrity. The 24 AWG solid conductors limit flexibility, so the cable is not suited for tight indoor patching or frequent movement. Maximum segment length follows the 100 metre channel guideline for 1000BASE-T operation.
