Five-pack Cat5e patch cables

This pack supplies five Cat5e UTP patch cables, each 50 ft long and wired to the T-568B standard. Unshielded twisted-pair limits

As unshielded twisted-pair cables they carry no foil or braid screening, so electromagnetic interference from power cables, fluorescent lighting or motors can degrade signal quality. The 350 MHz test rating confirms bandwidth headroom for Gigabit Ethernet, but the lack of shielding restricts use in electrically noisy environments. Maximum channel length rules still apply when these cords form part of a permanent link.
