High-Speed Mono Camera

The Keyence CV-H035M is a 640×480 monochrome camera built for high-speed industrial inspection. Its 1/3-inch CCD sensor delivers 310,000 valid pixels with a 7.4 µm unit cell size. The camera reads out at up to 80 MHz across two channels, making it suitable for machine-vision tasks that require fast frame capture. It is not intended for general-purpose photography or consumer surveillance.

C-Mount Integration

A standard C-mount lens thread allows the camera to accept a wide range of industrial optics. Digital serial transfer moves image data directly to a compatible vision controller or frame grabber without analogue conversion. The progressive scan mode completes a frame in 4.7 ms, while interlaced scanning halves that to 2.5 ms. Builders needing USB, GigE or Camera Link interfaces will need a different model.

Shutter and Power Profile

Electronic shutter speeds range from 1/15 to 1/20,000 second, plus a variable range of 0.05 ms to 9,000 ms set by numeric value. The CCD sensor and digital transfer logic draw modest power during continuous operation. No active cooling fan is present, so the unit runs silently in typical environments. Extended exposure settings may increase sensor temperature slightly.
