Targeted M.2 2280 Cooling

The JONSBO M.2 Gray heatsink is an all-aluminium passive cooler built for single-sided and double-sided M.2 2280 solid-state drives. It ships with two silicone thermal pads: a 1 mm white pad for single-sided modules and a 0.5 mm gray pad for double-sided modules. The anode-sandblasted finish resists corrosion and fingerprints while a mirror-laser logo adds a subtle visual detail.

Replaces Stock Stickers and Bare Operation

This heatsink upgrades from the thin adhesive thermal labels often supplied with motherboards or from running an NVME drive with no dedicated cooling at all. The jump is worthwhile when sustained write workloads or confined airflow cause the controller to throttle, because the full-contact pads move heat directly into the aluminium mass. Builders whose drives already stay within thermal limits under load will not see a measurable benefit.

Fits Standard 2280 Slots With Minimal Clearance

At 76.3 mm long, 23.2 mm wide and 17.4 mm high the cooler occupies a single M.2 slot without overhanging adjacent components. The package includes both pad thicknesses so you can match the module height; combined pad thickness of 2.4 mm or more uses one thick and one thin pad together. Ensure the motherboard heatsink or expansion card above the slot provides enough vertical room for the 17.4 mm profile.
