This 65-watt car inverter powers compatible Dell Inspiron 14 and 15 laptops from a 12-volt vehicle socket. 12-volt vehicle socket limits

The unit draws from a standard 12-volt accessory outlet, so available current depends on the vehicle fuse rating and wiring. Voltage sag during engine cranking can interrupt charging momentarily. The built-in overload, short-circuit, over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protections shut the adapter down before damage occurs, but they also cut power if the car circuit cannot sustain the load.
