USB-C to stereo RCA audio cable

This 3.3-foot cable carries analog stereo audio from a USB-C source such as a phone, tablet or laptop to any device with dual RCA phono inputs. It suits car stereos, home amplifiers, powered speakers and similar equipment that accept line-level signals through red and white connectors. No external power or driver installation is required. The cable is intended for users who want a direct wired link between modern Type-C ports and legacy analog audio gear.

Analog line-level output only

The USB-C end must provide an analog audio signal; the cable contains a built-in decoder chip but cannot extract digital streams from ports that output only USB data or video. It will not work with devices that require a digital-to-analog converter or that lack analog audio on the Type-C pins. The 28 AWG enamelled copper conductors and 5.0 mm outer diameter are sized for short-run interconnects, not for long-distance or in-wall installation. Gold-plated plugs resist corrosion but do not change the electrical limits of the RCA interface.

Built-in JieLi decoder chip

A JieLi audio decoder chip is integrated into the USB-C plug to convert the source’s digital output to analog stereo before it reaches the RCA pins. This chip determines whether a particular phone, tablet or laptop can drive the cable without an external adapter. If the host device does not support audio accessory mode or an equivalent analog-out implementation, the cable will produce no sound regardless of the gold plating or conductor quality.
