High-conductivity 15W/mK thermal pad fills gaps on GPU, motherboard and console components, non-conductive and stable from -60°C to 220°C
The GP-Ultimate thermal pad delivers 15W/mK conductivity for transferring heat from hot components to heatsinks. It suits builders fitting cooling to GPU memory, VRM zones or console boards where gaps vary. The material is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive and non-toxic. Two pads measuring 90x50mm are included in the pack.
This variant is .5mm thick; the range also offers 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0mm options for larger gaps. The pad remains stable from -60°C to 220°C without hardening or curing. It will not bridge gaps thicker than the chosen pad height. Builders needing to fill spaces beyond 3.0mm must use a different solution.
The single figure that decides suitability is the 15W/mK thermal conductivity. It determines whether the pad can move enough heat for the target component under load. If the design requires higher conductivity, this pad will not meet the thermal budget. Choose based on that rating and the required thickness.

The pad comes in .5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0mm; measure the gap between the component and heatsink and choose the closest match.
It indicates very high thermal conductivity so heat moves quickly from hot chips to the cooler, lowering temperatures under load.
It is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive, non-curing and non-toxic, safe for direct contact with exposed circuits.
