12 W/mK thermal pad for uneven PCB surfaces

The GP-Extreme thermal pad delivers 12 W/mK conductivity in an 80 x 40 x 2.0 mm format. Two pads are included to cover larger or multiple components. The material is non-electrically conductive, non-corrosive, non-curing and non-toxic. Its softness allows it to conform to height differences across memory ICs, MOSFETs and other SMD parts.

Sustained load behaviour on dense boards

Under continuous load the pad maintains stable thermal transfer because it does not cure or dry out over time. The 12 W/mK rating is sustained across the full 80 x 40 mm area, so heat spreads evenly from microcontrollers and voltage regulators. Non-corrosive composition prevents degradation of component leads during long operating periods.

Replaces thinner pads when gaps exceed 1.5 mm

This 2.0 mm thickness bridges larger air gaps that 0.5 mm, 1.0 mm or 1.5 mm pads cannot fill effectively. The jump is worth it when heatsink contact is uneven across VGA cards, laptops or game consoles. Builders needing 3.0 mm clearance should select the thicker variant instead.
