Industrial axial fan for 24 V systems

The AQ1224HB-F51 is a 12038 frame axial fan built for 24 V DC supply and rated IP68 for full dust and water immersion protection. It targets engineers integrating cooling into medical devices, rail vehicles, industrial cleaning equipment and new-energy vehicle platforms where environmental sealing is mandatory. The fan mounts in standard 120 mm by 38 mm cut-outs and draws power from a two-wire 24 V source.

Sustained operation in sealed enclosures

Because the motor and electronics are potted to meet IP68, the fan maintains airflow without ingesting coolant, dust or high-pressure wash-down spray during continuous duty cycles. The axial blade design delivers steady static pressure across the operating range, so thermal margins stay predictable when the chassis stays sealed for weeks at a time. No moving seals or external filters are required to preserve the rating.

Rugged construction simplifies integration

The one-piece moulded frame and sealed lead exits eliminate gaskets that can tear during installation, reducing assembly time in production cells. Mounting holes align with common 120 mm patterns, so the unit drops into existing brackets used for R2E120 or R2E133 series fans without redesign. The 24 V input avoids the need for onboard DC-DC conversion in 24 V vehicle or rail architectures.
