The ESTONE OZV8-1 takes a single HDMI input and splits it into a pass-through HDMI output plus separate optical and 3.5 mm analogue audio feeds. It handles resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and supports 3D content. The unit is aimed at users who need to send sound to a soundbar, AV receiver or headphones while keeping the video path intact.

Steady 18 Gbps throughput

Rated bandwidth of 18 Gbps and a 600 MHz pixel clock mean the extractor maintains full 4K 60 Hz signal quality over extended sessions without dropouts. Deep-colour formats up to 36 bit pass through unchanged. The device accepts source cables up to 10 m AWG26 and drives display cables of the same length, so longer runs in a living-room or studio stay reliable.

Aluminium shell with DC power

A black aluminium enclosure measuring 5.59 x 3.15 x 1.26 inches and weighing 3.2 ounces dissipates heat without a fan. One HDMI input, one HDMI output, one Toslink port and one 3.5 mm jack are all recessed for secure cable seating. A 5 V 1 A power adapter is included; the unit draws up to 350 mA, so no separate supply hunting is required.
