The Eaton 9PXM8S12K is a new battery backup rated at 12 kVA that scales to 16 kVA for growing power demands. It accepts hardwired input and delivers hardwired output across a 208 V AC to 240 V AC range. The 14U rack or tower form factor suits data centres and industrial sites that need continuous, clean power for servers and networking gear.

Replaces fixed-capacity units when growth is planned

A single-phase UPS with a hard ceiling forces a forklift upgrade once loads exceed its rating. This model avoids that by letting you add power modules up to 16 kVA without rewiring the installation.
