Switched ATS with dual NEMA 5-15P inputs

This CyberPower PDU is a single-phase 1U rack unit that accepts two 100-120 VAC feeds and provides ten switched outlets. Automatic transfer switching moves the load to the secondary source if the primary fails. An LCD panel and SNMP support give local and remote visibility of voltage, current and outlet status. It is built for IT racks that need redundant power without a full UPS.

Replaces basic power strips in redundant

A basic PDU or power strip offers no failover and no per-outlet control. This unit adds automatic transfer between two 15 A input cords and lets administrators reboot individual outlets over the network. The jump is worth it when a server or switch must stay online during a circuit fault or when remote power cycling reduces on-site visits. Buyers who need only a single power feed or who have no rack space for a 1U device will not benefit.

Limited to 12 A derated load on 100-120 VAC

The 15 A plugs are derated to 12 A continuous per agency rules, so total connected equipment must stay within that limit. Input frequency range is 50 Hz to 60 Hz. The 3.0 m cord length fixes the distance to the wall outlets. No internal battery is present, so the ATS cannot ride through a total power loss. Environments that need longer hold-up time or higher voltage ranges require a different architecture.
