Computer Memory Solutions
An 8 GB dual-channel DDR3 kit (2×4 GB) running at 1333 MHz with CL7 latency, built for the Acer Aspire 5251-1513 notebook
This 8GB kit contains two 4GB DDR3 SODIMM modules built to the PC3-10600 1333MHz CL7 specification. They install in the two 204-pin slots of the Acer Aspire 5251-1513 notebook and operate at the standard 1.5V voltage. The unbuffered non-ECC design matches the original system requirements for this model.
The dual-rank 2Rx8 organisation works with the chipset used in this notebook. Buyers whose device has only one accessible slot or who require ECC registered memory should look at something else. The kit is also unsuitable for any system that does not accept DDR3 SODIMM modules.
Only notebooks that support 204-pin DDR3 at this exact speed and latency will run these modules at their rated settings. The Acer Aspire 5251-1513 is the validated platform listed by the manufacturer.

The kit provides two 4 GB DDR3 1333 CL7 SODIMM modules. Your notebook has two slots, so both must be used together; the existing stick would need to be removed.
The BIOS should report 8 GB total at 1333 MHz with CL7 timings and 1.5 V operation.
Open CPU-Z or a similar tool; the SPD tab will show PC3-10600, 1333 MHz and 7-7-7 timings for each module.
