Centenex 50A PDU for High-Voltage Server Racks

The Centenex Electronics CBUNIPDU-SP-Meter-50A is a 1U rackmount power distribution unit built for 200-250V environments. It accepts a NEMA 6-50P plug rated at 50A and provides six C14 outlets for connecting servers or mining hardware. The integrated meter displays real-time amperage and voltage draw. A covered power switch controls the entire unit.

Voltage and Current Limits of the NEMA 6-50P Input

The PDU operates on 208-250V single-phase supply through the 50A inlet. Each C14 outlet is rated for up to 10A, so the six ports combined can draw the full 50A input capacity. Running equipment at 220-240V halves the per-device current compared to 110V operation, reducing breaker trips and cable heating. The unit does not support 110V input.

Steel 1U Chassis with C14 Outlets and Covered Switch

The 1U steel chassis mounts in standard server racks using the included brackets. Six rear-facing C14 connectors accept standard IEC C13 power cords from servers or PSUs such as the Bitmain APW3++. A recessed power switch with a protective cover prevents accidental shutdowns. The six-foot input cord reaches nearby high-voltage receptacles without strain. The surge protection circuit guards connected gear against transient spikes.

Not for Low-Voltage or High-Density C19 Deployments

Buyers needing 110V operation must choose a different PDU because this model only accepts 200-250V. Builds requiring C19 connectors for higher per-outlet current cannot use the C14 ports provided here. Installations that demand per-outlet metering or switched outlets will not find those features on this unit. Environments without a NEMA 6-50 receptacle cannot power the PDU without electrical work.
