This 1U shielded patch panel provides 24 RJ45 coupler ports for Cat6 cabling in a standard 19-inch rack or wall bracket. The toolless design lets installers plug patch cords directly into both sides without punch-down work. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and support reliable signal integrity. Removable keystone modules allow future upgrades or repairs without replacing the whole panel.

10G Ethernet Distance Constraints

The panel meets specifications for 10G Ethernet links, but the standard limits cable runs to between 35 and 55 metres. Installations that exceed this range will not achieve the rated speed regardless of panel quality. Shielded construction helps reduce alien crosstalk in dense bundles, yet the distance ceiling remains fixed by the cabling standard. Plan cable routes accordingly to stay within the supported window.

Capacity and Expansion Headroom

Twenty-four ports fill a single rack unit, giving high port density for small to medium patching needs. The detachable rear cable-management bar stabilises connections and reduces strain on the couplers. Because each keystone is swappable, the panel can later accept fibre adapters, coax couplers or HDMI modules if the cabling scheme changes. Buyers needing more than 24 ports in one unit or longer 10G runs will need additional panels or a higher-grade cabling system.
