The non-booted RJ45 plugs seat cleanly in tightly packed patch panels and keystone jacks where a molded boot would snag or block adjacent ports. This 50 ft Cat5e cable uses 24 AWG bare copper conductors in four twisted pairs with 50-micron gold-plated contacts. It is tested to 350 MHz and supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) for structured cabling in data centers, server rooms and offices. The blue jacket aids visual identification in high-density runs.

Thermals and Power in Normal Use

As a passive copper patch cable it draws no power and generates no heat of its own. The unshielded UTP construction and absent boot improve airflow around dense connector blocks, helping the surrounding equipment stay within normal operating temperatures. No active cooling or external supply is required, so acoustic noise is zero. The cable simply carries the PoE current the connected devices negotiate.

No separate accessories or software are bundled with this cable. The 50-micron gold plating on the 8P8C contacts reduces contact resistance and oxidation over repeated insertions, preserving signal integrity at 350 MHz. RoHS compliance and UL & ETL verification confirm the materials meet regulated substance and safety standards for permanent installation.
