Shielded 14 ft Cat5e Patch Cable

This 14-foot gray Cat5e cable uses shielded twisted-pair construction and a shielded RJ45 plug to reject EMI and RFI. It is built with 24 AWG bare copper conductors and 50-micron gold-plated contacts. The cable supports Gigabit Ethernet (1000BASE-T) and is tested to 350 MHz. A snagless molded boot protects the locking clip in dense bundles.

Suited for noisy racks and PoE runs

Installers running cable near power lines, motors or inside crowded server cabinets will benefit from the full shielding. It connects switches, routers, patch panels, PoE injectors, IP cameras, servers and NAS devices. Builders who require multi-gigabit speeds over copper should select a higher-category cable instead.
