The Bluecctv BL-1712B is a new HD-SDI bullet camera delivering 2-megapixel 1080p video at 30 or 25 frames per second. It uses a 1/2.8 sensor with a varifocal 2.8-12mm megapixel lens and 72 infrared LEDs for 0-lux night viewing. The white IP66-rated housing withstands outdoor exposure, while dual video output provides both HD-SDI and analog signals. An on-screen display menu allows configuration of 2D and 3D noise reduction, smart noise reduction, sense-up and digital zoom functions.

Installers needing HD-SDI cabling

This camera suits installers extending or maintaining HD-SDI systems using RG59 or RG6 coaxial cable with crimp or compressed connectors. The true day/night ICR filter and smart IR ensure clear footage in varying light. Buyers requiring IP networking, Power over Ethernet, or resolutions above 1080p should look at alternative technologies, as this unit transmits uncompressed serial digital video only.
