The Bluecctv B-SSP-E4B2 bundles a 4-channel EXELON Elite standalone DVR pre-fitted with a 1TB hard drive and four 700 TVL bullet IR cameras. It is aimed at homeowners or small-business operators who want a complete analogue surveillance package that records locally and can be viewed remotely over a network or 3G phone connection.

Sustained Recording and Playback Behaviour

The DVR records all four channels simultaneously at 120 FPS total in CIF resolution and supports independent resolution, frame-rate and quality settings per channel. Playback offers forward and reverse search up to 64x speed with calendar and event-based lookup, while pentaplex operation maintains live view, recording, playback, archiving and network access without interruption.

Pre-Installation Checks

Verify that the supplied 70 ft and 100 ft Siamese cables reach every camera position from the DVR location, as the kit includes two of each length. Confirm a 12 V DC 5 A supply is adequate for the four cameras via the included 1-to-4 power splitter, and ensure the mounting surface suits bullet-style housings with 30 m infrared range.
