The Bluecctv 5eosp-300FT is a 300-foot CAT5e direct-burial cable designed for outdoor security-camera runs. It uses solid-copper conductors and a UV-resistant, water-blocking jacket rated for underground installation without conduit. The cable carries ETL listings for CMX outdoor use and meets TIA-568-C.2 and ISO/IEC 11801 requirements. It suits installers who need a continuous, connector-free length for perimeter cameras.

Build and daily handling

The thick 23-AWG solid-copper construction resists moisture ingress and sunlight degradation during long-term burial. Because the wire is solid rather than stranded, it terminates reliably on punch-down blocks and keystone jacks but does not flex well for repeated movement. Supplied as a single 300-foot length with no factory connectors, it requires cutting and terminating on site. The CMX rating confirms suitability for direct earth contact.
