Black Box Corporation CAT5e Shielded Straight-Pin Keystone Coupler Silver

CAT5e Shielded Keystone Coupler

The Black Box Corporation CAT5e Shielded Straight-Pin Keystone Coupler in silver connects two shielded Category 5e patch cables through a standard keystone opening. It is built to TAA and GSA compliance for government and regulated procurement. The straight-pin wiring maintains signal continuity without crossover. The shielded housing helps reduce electromagnetic interference in structured cabling environments.

For shielded patch extensions only

This coupler suits installers extending or joining shielded CAT5e runs in keystone wall plates or patch panels. It is not for unshielded cable deployments, crossover wiring needs, or CAT6 and higher performance categories. Buyers requiring tool-less termination, surface-mount boxes, or fibre connectivity should look at other product types.
