4G LTE RP-SMA antenna 7dBi two-pack

This two-pack supplies a pair of 7dBi omni-directional antennas built for 4G LTE devices that use RP-SMA connectors. Each unit covers the 698-960 MHz, 1710-2170 MHz and 2300-2700 MHz bands used by common cellular networks. The rain-proof housings and included wall-mount brackets let installers fix them outdoors on walls or poles. A 3 metre cable with an RP-SMA male plug reaches most router or camera locations, and an RP-SMA female to SMA male adapter is supplied for equipment with SMA ports.

Capacity and headroom 7dBi gain

The 7dBi gain adds useful signal strength for trail cameras, mobile hotspots and vehicle routers that sit at the edge of coverage. Omni-directional radiation means no precise aiming is required, which suits mobile or temporary setups. The three supported frequency ranges handle most LTE bands deployed in Europe and North America. Gain drops outside those ranges, so the antennas cannot improve signals on lower-frequency 5G NR bands or non-cellular services.

RP-SMA connector and cable limits

The RP-SMA male connector fits routers, modems and cameras with RP-SMA female jacks; the bundled adapter extends compatibility to SMA female ports. Cable loss over the 3 metre run reduces the effective gain at the device, especially at the upper end of the 2700 MHz band. Users needing longer runs or lower-loss cable types must source their own extension cables, as none are included. The M12 mounting screws require an 11.76-11.95 mm clearance hole in the mounting surface.
