This 1U rack rail kit fits 19-inch, 23-inch and 30-inch cabinets. It supports most servers and network equipment in a standard four-post enclosure. The adjustable depth lets installers match the rail length to the specific rack depth without extra parts. System builders and data-centre technicians can deploy the same kit across mixed cabinet sizes.

Cold-Rolled Steel Build

The rails are formed from cold-rolled steel with a powder-coated finish. They carry up to 110 lbs when mounted in a four-post rack at the 15-inch depth setting. The package includes one pair of 1U shelf rails plus eight sets of M6 screws and cage nuts. All mounting hardware is supplied so assembly can begin immediately.

Depth Range 15 to 24 Inches

Depth adjusts continuously from 15 inches to 24 inches (380 mm to 610 mm) to suit different equipment chassis lengths. The rails occupy a single 1U space measuring 1.87 inches high by 2.70 inches wide. This kit replaces fixed-depth rails that cannot accommodate deeper servers or shorter cabinets. The upgrade is worthwhile when rack depth varies between rows or when future hardware may exceed the current rail length.
