The CWD-V062 delivers up to 15 W of magnetic wireless power to every iPhone from the 12 series through the 17 lineup. It automatically steps between 5 W, 7.5 W, 10 W and 15 W depending on the handset’s needs. A 3-foot cable and a USB-C-to-A adapter ship in the box so the pad works with either port style.

Replaces a 5 W pad or a loose cable

Moving from Apple’s original 5 W charger cuts full-charge time to roughly 2.5 hours and hits 50 % in about 30 minutes. The jump is worth it when you want noticeably faster top-ups without plugging in. Phones older than the 12 series lack the magnetic ring, so they fall back to standard Qi speeds and do not benefit from the alignment.

Snap-on alignment with 5 mm case clearance

Magnets pull the phone into the sweet spot instantly; the charger holds through cases up to 5 mm thick. The only common snag is forgetting that an 18 W or 20 W brick is required for the 15 W mode — without it the pad defaults to lower outputs.
