The APC AR3003 is a 12U steel rack enclosure finished in black, measuring 600 mm wide, 658 mm tall and 900 mm deep. It provides 19-inch rack width for standard server and storage equipment. The unit ships at 188 lbs and supports a static load of 600 lbs. It is suited for small-room or edge deployments that need a compact, lockable cabinet.

Thermals noise and power

The enclosure relies on passive airflow through its vented panels; no active cooling is integrated so it adds no fan noise or power draw. Equipment installed inside determines the thermal load and any supplementary fan trays required. The steel construction dissipates heat from mounted devices without contributing acoustic output. Build integration needs

The 600 mm by 900 mm footprint fits standard data-centre floor tiles and leaves clearance for cable routing at the rear. Side panels are included and removable for maintenance access. Casters and levelling feet are supplied for positioning on raised or solid floors. Buyers who need deeper rack depth or higher unit count will require a larger enclosure.
