This 4K30fps PoE dome camera provides 360-degree pan and tilt from -5 to 90 degrees for wide-area surveillance. The 4.7 to 94mm motorised lens delivers 20x optical zoom without quality loss, making it suitable for parking lots, gardens and roadsides. Auto-tracking and humanoid detection send real-time alerts to a mobile device when a person enters the zone. Eight cruising routes with 16 preset positions each allow automated patrols.

PoE Installation and Common Setup Issues

A single Ethernet cable to a PoE switch or NVR carries both power and data, simplifying cabling for outdoor mounting. The updated high-efficiency coding reduces bandwidth consumption during 4K streaming. Installers must ensure the PoE source supplies sufficient power class for the camera and that the network switch supports the required throughput. False alarms can occur if the humanoid detection sensitivity or detection area is not tuned for the specific scene.

4K30fps Capacity and Operational Limits

The 8MP sensor records at 30 frames per second, capturing licence-plate detail at distance thanks to the 20x optical zoom. Continuous 24/7 recording is supported, with onboard preset cycling covering up to 16 positions per route across eight routes. The camera runs out of optical reach beyond the 94mm telephoto end and cannot track targets that move outside the 360-degree pan or -5 to 90-degree tilt envelope. Bandwidth and storage scale with 4K resolution, so retention time depends on the recorder capacity.
