The 00515M system includes one indoor display and two wireless sensors to monitor refrigerator and freezer temperatures simultaneously. It is designed for home kitchens and restaurant environments where tracking both zones from a single screen helps maintain food safety. Programmable high and low alarms alert you when temperatures drift outside set limits. The large LCD shows current, maximum and minimum readings for each zone.

Compatibility and Power Check

Verify you have AA batteries available as they are required but not included with the unit. The display offers magnetic backing, a keyhole wall mount and a foldout stand so confirm a suitable mounting surface near the appliances. Each sensor uses a silicone strap with suction cups or can wrap around a wire shelf; check your interior shelf type to choose the best attachment method. The system operates wirelessly with a stated accuracy of ±2°F and a response time of 500 ms.

Sustained Monitoring Behaviour

During continuous use the sensors transmit readings to the display at the specified response rate allowing you to observe temperature trends over hours or days. Max/Min memory retains the highest and lowest values since the last reset which helps verify overnight stability after power interruptions or heavy door traffic. The alarm function remains active as long as batteries hold charge providing ongoing protection against door-ajar events or compressor faults. The upper measurement limit reaches 122°F.
