ZUCNANA gel shoe inserts come as two pairs of black metatarsal pads made from soft medical-grade silicone gel. They are designed for adults of any gender who experience forefoot pain or heel slippage while wearing heels, flats or work shoes for extended periods. The unisex one-size construction fits shoe sizes 8 to 9 and can be trimmed for other sizes.

Washable Adhesive Mounting

Each pad carries a self-sticky backing that bonds securely to the shoe interior and stays in place through a full day of walking, dancing or standing. The textured ridge pattern on the surface grips the foot to stop forward slide, while raised massaging dots add a gentle stimulus under the metatarsal heads. When the adhesive collects dust, the inserts peel off, rinse clean with water, dry, and regain their original tack.

Limits of Gel Cushioning

The gel layer provides shock absorption and pressure redistribution but does not correct structural alignment or replace custom orthotics. Because the pads add thickness inside the shoe, they require adequate toe-box volume; tight-fitting footwear may feel constricted. The adhesive is intended for smooth linings and may not hold on heavily textured or porous fabrics.
