The TB Woods SK 28 mm Quick Detachable Bushing is a steel power-transmission component designed for mounting onto a 28 mm keyed shaft. It suits maintenance crews and OEM assemblers who need a split-flange bushing that can be installed or removed without dismantling the full driveline. The SAE Grade 5 hardware and 3/4 in per ft taper provide a secure, concentric grip for V-belt sheaves, sprockets or pulleys in industrial machinery.

Split-flange steel construction

The split-flange design and three supplied 5/16 in.-18 x 2 in. cap screws allow the bushing to clamp evenly around the shaft when tightened on a 3.31 in. bolt circle. A 1/2 in. flange width and 1.375 in. length less flange keep the assembly compact, while the 8 mm keyway width and 3.5 mm keyway height match standard metric key seats. Transparent finish on the steel body aids visual inspection for wear or corrosion during routine checks.
