Replacement printhead for CL4NX barcode printers supporting 200, 300 and 600 DPI resolutions
This printhead is a new replacement component designed for CL4NX barcode printers operating at 200, 300 or 600 DPI. It restores print capability when the original head reaches end of life. The part is supplied as a standalone unit for maintenance or repair workflows. It suits operations that rely on consistent label output.
Under continuous operation the head maintains the selected DPI setting without drift caused by thermal buildup. Nozzle consistency is preserved over long label runs so barcodes remain scannable from first label to last. The design supports the same resolution fidelity at 200, 300 and 600 DPI during extended shifts. It is not suited for printers that require a different printhead form factor.

The printhead is a passive component that only consumes power during active printing cycles.
It fits SATO CL4NX models configured for 200, 300 or 600 DPI resolution.
