This YINGHUA extender sends 1080p video and audio up to 200 metres over a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable using standard 802.3 Ethernet. H.264 encoding runs at 8.1 M bps and the hardware design works plug-and-play without extra software. An HDMI loop-out on the transmitter keeps a local display active while the signal travels. Australian power plug and one receiver are included.

Handles 1080p at 200 m with IR and loop-out

The unit comfortably drives 480p, 720p and 1080p signals with stereo audio at 32, 44.1 and 48 kHz sample rates. Beyond 200 metres over copper the link drops out and the fixed 8.1 M bps bitrate cannot carry higher resolutions or multi-channel audio formats.
