The Yealink MBCAMERA6X is a dedicated optical zoom camera built for the Yealink MeetingBoard in medium and large meeting rooms. It installs directly into a customised slot port on top of the display, removing the need for separate mounting hardware or external cabling. Together with the MeetingBoard's built-in wide-angle lens, it forms a smart dual 4K camera system. This device is not for users who need a standalone USB camera for generic video-conferencing platforms.

Slot-Port Integration and AI Tracking

The slot-port design allows the camera to sit flush on the MeetingBoard, simplifying deployment and keeping the front-of-room layout clean. Yealink's self-developed AI voice positioning and image algorithms analyse participant location and behaviour through the wide-angle lens in real time. The system then invokes the optical lens to track and frame speakers automatically, delivering auto-framing and speaker-tracking functions without manual adjustment. This integration is not for rooms that rely on single-lens cameras without intelligent switching.
