Yealink EXP50 Expansion Module

The Yealink EXP50 is a 4.3-inch colour LCD expansion module designed for compatible Yealink T5 series IP phones. It adds a 272 x 480-pixel display with colour icons for a rich visual experience. The unit provides 20 physical keys per page, each with dual-colour LEDs for clear status indication. Three independent control keys with illuminated LEDs allow fast page switching.

Daisy-chain up to three modules

Up to three EXP50 modules can be daisy-chained to a supported host phone, extending the number of programmable line keys and Busy Lamp Field positions. The module draws power directly from the host phone, so no separate power adapter is required. It attaches securely to the side of the desk phone, keeping the additional keys within easy reach. This setup frees up the main phone screen for call information while the expansion handles monitoring tasks.

Replaces paper-based key labels

The EXP50 replaces static paper labels and limited built-in keys with dynamic, backlit keys that update automatically with system changes. It is not suited for users who only need the standard keys on the phone itself or who operate a phone model that does not support expansion modules. The upgrade is worthwhile when staff monitor many extensions, queues or shared lines and need instant visual status at a glance.
