Staple Refills for Xerox Systems

These genuine Xerox staple refills, part number 008R07644, are designed for a wide range of Xerox printers and multifunction devices. They provide reliable finishing for high-volume print environments. Offices requiring consistent stapling performance will find this OEM supply essential for daily document production.

Simple Cartridge Replacement

Installing the refill involves opening the finisher unit and sliding the new cartridge into the designated slot until it clicks securely. The process requires no tools and typically takes less than a minute. The most common issue occurs when the cartridge is not fully seated, causing the device to report a staple jam or empty supply error.

Verify Finisher Compatibility

Before ordering, confirm that your specific device model appears in the supported list, which includes the 5680, 5845C, 5855C, C2128, C2636, and C3545 series among others. Machines without a compatible finishing module cannot use these refills. Check your user guide for the exact staple cartridge part number required by your finisher.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the staple refills are feeding correctly after installation?

Run a test finisher job on a compatible machine such as the 5680 or 5890 and verify that each set is stapled cleanly without jams.

What comes in the package and what must be purchased separately?

The box contains genuine Xerox 008R07644 staple cartridges; no additional parts are included, so the host copier or finisher unit must already be in place.

Which version should I choose for a WorkCentre Pro C3545?

Select the 008R07644 refill — it is listed as compatible with the C3545 as well as the 5680, 5890, 5990 and other models in the series.
