Flavorizer Bars for Summit Gold D

These stainless steel flavorizer bars replace the original parts on Weber Summit Gold D six-burner grills. They measure 15 1/4 inches by 15 7/8 inches and come as a complete set for all six burners. The bars vaporise drippings to add smoke flavour while protecting the burners from clogging.

Compatibility check before ordering

Verify that your grill model appears on the approved list of 29 model numbers including 5790001, 7890501, 7790509 and 5390509. The bars are designed only for Summit Gold D and Summit Platinum D6 series grills manufactured from 2006 onward. Other Summit or Genesis models will not accept these dimensions.

Behaviour under sustained grilling

During long cooking sessions the bars distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface and maintain consistent vaporisation of fats and juices. They resist warping under repeated high-temperature cycles and continue to shield the burner tubes from debris buildup.
