This 0.5 m cable adds a panel-mount female Type-B port to an existing male Type-B connection. It suits builders who need a tidy rear-panel USB 3.0 input for printers, scanners or industrial peripherals. The M3 mounting holes are spaced 27.5 mm apart for standard cut-outs. Gold-plated contacts and a moulded single-piece shell resist wear from repeated insertion.

The female connector ships with two M3 screws so the port fastens securely to a chassis or bracket. Gold-plated pins maintain low-resistance contact over many mating cycles.
