Portable Magnetic Workstation

The VIVO Magnetic Portable Laptop Workstation creates an instant wall-mounted tray on any flat steel surface at least 1mm thick. Four industrial-strength magnets hold the top section securely without drilling or permanent fixtures. The unit weighs 3.6 lbs and folds into a compact 12 x 15.2 x 2 form for transport in a backpack. It is designed for technicians and mobile workers who need a temporary surface on factory walls, steel doors, or machinery.

Fits Into a Build

The bottom tray folds out 90 degrees to provide a level platform for laptops, tablets, tools, or notes. Weight capacity scales with steel thickness: 8 lbs on 1mm panels, 15.4 lbs on 2mm panels, and 33 lbs on 5mm panels. The top mounting section measures 11.8 x 12 x .8 while the tray section measures 11.8 x 13.3 x 1.3. Zero assembly means the workstation is ready the moment it contacts a compatible steel surface.

Bundled Accessories and Software

The package contains only the magnetic tray unit itself; no additional brackets, fasteners, or software are included. Because mounting relies entirely on the four integrated magnets, the surface must be flat ferrous steel meeting the minimum thickness requirement. Non-magnetic materials such as aluminium, wood, or painted drywall will not work, so buyers without suitable steel surfaces cannot use this product.
